Our intercooler pipes are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum and are available with either a polished or wrinkle-black powder-coated finish. This kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to regular silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. The application-specific DuraCore bootkit allows you to install our 6.0L Powerstroke performance bar-and-plate intercooler.
